Checkmate Gaming

I was using their services to enter a gaming tournament and when using their service a problem arose in which I tried to solve the dispute but instead of listening and looking at my evidence they chose to end the chat and give them the win which took my credit which I paid for and they refused to further investigate when I asked several times and said I would show proof and than they refused to keep speaking to me so now I have been scammed out of my money and I’m requesting a refund in awareness that this does not happen again.
