The customer service provided by [redacted] is beyond unprofessional. The women is deamining and rude. She could not confirm the towing of a vehicle that has been confirmed was released to them. She refuses to allow customers to know who her supervisor is so they can be alerted to this problem. She also refuse to speak of the rates that they provide in order for a consumer to call around and compare.
