In response to the [redacted] complaint about the concrete, Structurally the concrete is sound Hot Springs Pools decided that the concrete was not to our satisfaction because of the discoloration, So the [redacted] 's were offered a $3,upgrade to a spray deck coating and they accepted this offer The coating has been applied to the deck and the [redacted] 's are very happy with deck at this time Hot Springs Pools, LLC have been in business for years and we want our customers to be happy with their pool and their experience with us Please let us know if we can be of further assistance Thank you

Mid Island was given signed permission to estimate, dismantle, and repair this car. The car was dismantled, blueprinted, and parts were ordered.*** *** estimated the repairs, and notified the consumer there was no agreed priceWe explained to the owner, it was standard for State Farm,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I would not say we reject the response but they don't seem to understand that while it looks much better it does not meet our original goals of having our pool deck be an extension of our screened room.  Now we have two different finishes, cleaning the new finish is more difficult than keeping plain concrete clean and as retirees on a fixed income our maintenance cost to seal the deck will now be much higher.  We do appreciate that they have made an effort but they don't get that we are the customer and while this is more expensive it does not meet our original goals.  They also still have to remove wrinkles from the liner.  Again we do appreciate the new finish but we had reasons for wanting what we originally purchased.

THAT IS NOT MY SIGNATURE, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYTHING MORE THAN TO HAVE [redacted] MEET WITH MID ISLAND COLLISION TO INSPECT CAR AND WRITE AN ESTIMATE. THAT AUTHORIZATION WAS DONE VERBALLY. THE CAR WAS INSPECTED BY [redacted] INSURANCE FOR THE ADJUSTMENT/INSPECTION FOR POSSIBLE REPAIRS AND IT WAS NOT DISASSEMBLED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. [redacted] THEMSELVES FORWARDED TO ME THEIR OWN PICTURES WHICH DID NOT SHOW ANY HOLES IN THE SIDE OF THE CAR OR DISASSEMBLED CAR. IT WAS ONLY DISASSEMBLED WHEN I CALLED TO SAY I WAS PICKING IT UP BECAUSE AN AGREEMENT COULD NOT BE REACHED BETWEEN ALL PARTIES. I CAN PROVIDE PROOF MY HANDWRITING UPON REQUEST FOR SAME. I CAN ALSO PROVIDE PROOF OF PICTURES TAKEN BY STATE FARMS INSPECTOR. PLEASE LET ME KNOW

accepted this offer.  The coating has been applied to the deck and the [redacted]'s are very happy with deck at this time.  Hot Springs Pools, LLC have been in business for 26 years and we want our customers to be happy with their pool and their experience with us.

Hot Springs Pools, did respond to the customer and told them we would be there on Monday the 31st and [redacted] went out and met with the homeowners in the afternoon on the 31st, by that time the homeowners had already sent another complaint to Revdex.com. [redacted] told them [redacted] would be out today to fix the waterfall and [redacted] has called the homeowner and set up a time for them to meet today. Hot Springs Pools, has responded and done every thing we said we would do and the waterfall should be fixed today. Thank you,

[redacted]The company called on Friday August 28 and stated they would send someone on Monday. No one has showed up or called. This has been the typical way this business responds to complaints!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The repair shop was NOT given written authorization by me to dismantle or cut into my 2015 car without all parties agreeing the work would b completed. [redacted] and Mid Island did NOT agree to an amount to repair the car.  When [redacted] contacted me to tell me there was no agreement is when Mid Island decided to cut a whole in my car in an attempt to have the work completed with them even though I advised them I would be picking up the car to have it fixed at another shop. [redacted] provided me with pictures of the car at their time of inspection and it was NOT in the same condition when I picked it up on the next business day.
