Was able to read the follow up communication from [redacted] regarding his not willing to settle for the partial credit which we have already provided and wants full credit due to inconvenience he stated he experiencedWe will issue that additional credit this week which should then satisfy and ideally close this complaint

We have been in direct communication with American Express since we learned of this complaint (March 10th) and have issued a credit of $as of 3/29/to Mr***. Please advise if we need to provide any additional information supporting this action. *** ***General

I am rejecting this response because: it is only a partial refund.  This business acted deceptively and deceitfully.  I gave them multiple opportunities to disclose the applicable rate, which should be a common practice, but various excuses were continually given to deceive me.  My travel plans were significantly disrupted because of their deceptive and deceitful practice.  A full refund is the only appropriate remedy of this problem!
