payment and Government issued photo ID .We received Authorization form after almost 4 hours but not the Card copies and Photo ID meanwhile fare was expired however we then also tried to offer another option with United Airlines which passenger denied.Reason why documentation was required :: IP Address from where this booking was made of [redacted] and Departure is from [redacted] even customer has given billing address of [redacted].We have clearly mentioned in our Company policy and Terms and condition that passenger needs to send all required information within 2 hours of booking so that we can charge card and issue tickets instantly if passenger fails to do so then booking will get canceled automatically because of Non-payment.Thanks&RegardsCheapticketsdeal.com Feedback team
