Cheaper By the Load

On May 18, 2019 we had them complete weed abatement with spraying of weed killer. We were gauranteed it would keep the weeds away for awhile. I contacted them June 2 that weeds were coming back. I was told they would come back to respray yet have not followed up on their promise. Below is one of the saved text from the business.
"Good morning ***. Part of the reason some weeds may be growing is the weather was cold and rainy when we applied it. Not to worry we can always just spray again now that it is warmer weather. We Guarantee our work and want you to be thoroughly satisfied. We have a large job we are doing today but can arrange a time to come over and spray any spots with weeds sprouting up."
I was promised on June 28,2019 that he would come back, however, never showed. Then was told after July 4,2019. I have not heard from the company since. Weeds are still present.
