Dear...
Alexandria Mosley,
We are writing to you today in regards to a complaint filed by [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] received Family Circle magazine as a free promotional offer. This was soley a "FREE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION." We do not have any of Mrs. [redacted] credit card information or banking information file.
We will delete all of her information from our database. Best Regards,
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I just received the [redacted], and it shows the original expiration date of 3/23/15. I contacted the Enquirer to see if my subscription had been renewed but have not yet received a reply.I am willing to wait until 3/10/15 to see if this has truly been resolved, and that the new expiration date is in March of 2016. After 3/10/15, if the renewal has not been processed, I would like the $104.00 returned to me.Thank you.
Regards,
[redacted]
Very rude, hostile customer service person ([redacted]) who referred to me as a bored housewife because (evidently) I made the time to call in with a question.
To the Revdex.com,FIrst off Mr. [redacted] should try calling during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!!!! Secondly the magazine was just promotional and Mr. [redacted] was never charged or billed for this subscription to Mens Journal. We will cancel this today and make sure he is off the promotion list.Thank...
Nowhere did it state that my subscription would not be renewed until payment was made in full. My subscription just expired, I thought the new subscription would continue as soon as the old one did expire, that's why I sent the first payment right away. What's the use of a subscription if I have to pay full price until it's effective? BTW - it's not "Mrs."
We are responding to this complaint that was filed by Mrs. [redacted]. We are more than happy to cancel the magazines out and place her on the DO Not Solicit List immediatly. We apoligize for any inconvienance this may have caused her.[redacted]
Very poor customer service. Charged me one lump sum for a magazine subscription that I have had for close to 20 years. When I explained that I always make monthly payments, they refused to cancel subscription because it was past 10 days. I am currently not working and cannot afford a payment of this size. I will make sure everyone in and around my community knows not to subscribe to US Periodicals.

Thanks for your call. My main reason for not accepting the offer by USP is the fact that I went elsewhere to receive my subscription . I’ve been receiving the periodical for several months. I feel that I am entitled to a refund at this point. My check, written last March, was for $104.00.
As per request from US Periodicals, I contacted Globe & was told magazines were returned because of faulty address...lived at same address 17 yrs & never had a problem,...notice that ltr from USPeriodicals states that, according to Globe, no magazines were returned, nevertheless, I was promised by [redacted] @ the Globe that I would receive my 1st issue on March 31, 2014. I wish to reserve my complaint until such time as that happens.

well it takes 6-8 weeks for her to get her first issue. We as well have a 10 day cancellation policy which she has exceeded. All of this was on the offer she received in the mail from us before she sent payment.Thank You,
