One extremely cold [redacted] November evening we experienced a noticeably leaking connection to our hot tub plumbing The pump had just been replaced the same day; and apparently was not checked for leaking and proper operation When I discovered the leak, and saw hours later that it was increasing I became very concerned with allowing it to continue overnight Calling the dealer's service department I found out that there is no "emergency" service and after a brief Internet search for our immediate area I came across Cheap "R" Services, LLC I knew nothing about them but immediately after reaching by "***" by telephone, was convinced that I was dealing with a "straight shooter" An extremely reasonable "after hours" (8:pm) service call, coupled with the "look you straight in the eyes" discussion was the solution I was hoping for! [redacted] did his very best to temporarily fix the problem until the dealer could be reached the next day He accomplished everything I was hoping forand I slept very well that night!
