Chris K [redacted] has been the realtor that has represented the landlord of a commercial space that I currently have a lease with He is the middle man basically My lease commencement date was April 1st and still nothing has been done with the building, there isn't even an electric panel So no electric When I will ask Chris about the status of the building he will send me an email saying build out will start tomorrow, well that was weeks ago and still nothing has been doneThere are emails I have from him saying he is at wits end with this project, how does that help me My business has a season and I have missed out on it, because nothing has been done This has caused loss of revenue, loss of money, and stress on my family Chris always will say that wont take long to get done a couple weeks well I signed my lease in January was supposed to be in by April 1st and not one thing has been accomplished
