You get what you pay for. CHC Construction was very prompt to give me a competitive quote. However the quality of the work is pretty poor; they don't pay attention to any details, and all they care is about cashing the money as per contract and deliver the minimum. I will not be using them on any of the projects. I'm glad we are done, and really disappointed in the final quality of the whole stamped patio - from lot's of little cracks in the stamped concrete, to concrete chipping off in places, to very low texture in other places..., to no sealant around the pool border... and the list continues... They can pour a lot of concrete, but they don't do a good job when it comes to stamped and paying attention to the details to make the final product look good.... Very disappointed. My advise is - continue shopping, I'm sure there are other better contractors out there.
