Their tech came out and described my issues as a faulty control board on one and a faulty gas value on the other for a cost for parts and labor of $1240.

I cleaned the contacts on the one board and the unit has performed perfectly since Jan 01, 2015. I replaced the flame igniter on the other and it also has worked perfectly since Jan. 04, 2015. Total cost of parts was $95 and my free labor of about one hour.

Good thing I am "handy" around the house. All things considered, the estimates from [redacted] and Chazell were ridiculous and "highway robbery". Beware of the "UP SALE" strategy this company uses.
