Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center

Over priced for the condition of the room, Bell staff very helpful, front desk staff not so much. second stay here was nothing like the first, and there will most defiantly not be a third . Logged a complaint ( [redacted] after we had returned home ) with no real resolution and no feeling of them valuing our business. Not sure what I want but for almost three hundred a night I guess I expected more from my stay.
