Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]The repairs for the sensor and defrost timer were not needed and did absolutely nothing The refrigerator was working fine before any of these parts were installed with the freezer at 0° and the refrigerator at 40° F and the same after the parts were installed, (I had a thermometer in the unit) but there was a flashing light indicating something was wrong I paid $for the first part and $for the second, neither was needed Not to mention Craig rewired the timer incorrectly, which shut down the entire refrigerator ruining my food Craig says I have another refrigerator where I could have put the food, however, I had no idea it was not working It was a second refrigerator in the garage so it was not opened for a few days Craig says I only had cans in the refrigerator, but that is absolutely wrong, I had a lot of imported cheeses and other stuff that I had to throw out I was in no way condescending as Craig states although I did jump on him when he said the charge includes all his trips to my house In fact he made no extra tripsHis first trips were done the same day he worked on my other refrigerator in which he was paid for in full The 4th trip was to repair his rewiring of the timer, so that was due to his error and the 5th was to pick up the refrigerator Derrick came out on the 4th visit to fix Craig's mistake and said the refri**rator was low on Freon® and that was the problem to begin withThey offered a free Freon® charge, but I said what about the $and $for the parts that didn't need to be replaced and the $for the lost foodthat's $that I was out Not to mention the $I gave Craig on the first visit when he said he reset my control system to fix the problem, which of course didn't work After refusing to refund me any money, I had had it with them and reluctantly accepted the $for my refrigerator, but told Craig I was not finished and he'd hear more from me As it stands now and with the $300, I'm out $and my refri**rator He has the $and $I paid him less $he paid me or $plus all his parts and my refrigerator, and ruined my food in the process.I'll accept$for my refrigerator, $I received less $for needed Freon® But I want the $and $for the work that was not needed and the $for my food and forego the $I gave him for the first attempt or a net $to call it even Regards, [redacted]

On 8-we replaced the defrost timer because of a no cool problem refand all fans ran and cooled to in freezer and in fresh food sectionOn 8-we returned for a no cool problem we replaced the condenser fan that was not running for just the cost of parton 8-we returned and found ref low on Freon , temp degrees , I tapped and recharged system it tested ok at in freezer and degrees in the fresh food I informed the customer if it leaked out we could locate and repair leak , again this 3rd call was done at no labor charge , only parts You won't get that kind of service at the doctors office

[The reported issue was never resolved I left a phone message on the 08/15/after waiting several hours as Craig suggested and the freezer never cooled down Even on his own invoice he states the freezer should go to degrees and I doubt if it were degrees when he was here as the items in the freezer did not feel cold While I am not an appliance repair person, I went back and looked at the part that was installed and no where does it reference a *** model so I suspect installing the wrong part is the root cause of all the subsequent failures I would not compare this service to the doctor's office either as the doctor would know when a more experienced medical resource is needed resolve the patient's adverse condition Waiting and just throwing other medicines, surgeries, and other ancillary services is not a practice of those in the medical field I realize convincing this company to do the right thing is inconceivable as it requires basic training in cause and effect If my freezer would have started freezing for just one minute after they performed any service, I would not be asking for a refund If I listen to this company, I would believe that parts are going bad every other day and we can not fix the issue As a professional appliance repairman, I would have preferred them to tell me that the refrigerator was leaking freon and I would have stopped there yet a response to this Revdex.com complaint inquiry is left with an if I am sure there are methods to check if something is leaking before you add more freon and leave the customer in a situation with their freezer not freezing There is a section on the company's invoice for trained personnel suggest the following improvements None of my invoices included a suggested improvement yet they had to come back twice after the first service and now want to come back another time to locate and repair a leak that is not mentioned on any invoice If you have been unsuccessful so many times, I do not have any confidence in your ability to resolve the reported issueI accept the fact that I am being ripped off by this company that has taken money from me without fixing my refrigerator even for just one minute

After two repairs of for a defrost sensor and for a defrost timer , He was told his Refrigerator a year old ** side by side was low on Freon We offered to char** it for free or by it for the cost of repairs Mr Francis decided to sell it to us We gave him plus
free pick-upThe Refri**rator needed the timer rewired and very little Freon we are selling it for 350.00After receiving his complaint I offered to sell it back to him for plus another free delivery He was very condescending on the phone and refused the generous offer When I was at his home he only had canned drinks stored in it , plus a large Sub Zero refrigerator that was working in the kitchen.Owner Craig ***cell ***

On 8-15 we replaced the defrost timer because of a no cool problem ref. and all fans ran and cooled to 20 in freezer and 35 in fresh food section. On 8-24 we returned for a no cool problem we replaced the condenser fan that was not running for just the cost of part. on 8-25 we returned and...

found ref low on Freon , temp 60 degrees , I tapped and recharged system it tested ok at 30 in freezer and 39 degrees in the fresh food . I informed the customer if it leaked out we could locate and repair leak , again this 3rd call was done at no labor charge , only parts . You won't get that kind of service at the doctors office.
