As a single mother price is always a factor along with quality work and Chas is more than fair with his pricing. I have never had to return a vehicle to him. He gets it right the first time. Chas's Desert View did a great job with my 03 Excursion. I had a problem with ball joints and Air Conditioning. Most shops around the valley jerked me around and gave me a ridiculous estimate for the ball joints. Made some calls and found these guys. They did a great job for half the price of the other shops I called. When something unexpected went wrong with the "better Quality" aftermarket part I bought, they took the truck back and rectified it all under warranty. Couldn't ask for better service. Another valley shop had previously attempted to fix my front AC and a few days later, still didn't work right, they couldn't figure out what was wrong and said they may have overcharged the system. I told them to leave it alone and took it down to Chas. They found out that the system had a restriction and the last shop never flushed the lines or replaced the strainer after replacing the compressor.

So glad I found these guys. They are experienced, affordable, and care about doing the right thing for the customer.

After receiving an astronomical quote from the dealership to fix my Jeep's radiator, I took it to Chas for an honest evaluation. He ran tests, gave me a reasonable quote and performed excellent work! Unlike many automotive repair shops, he did not see a girl in a business suit and try to overcharge or sell unnecessary work. He is honest, efficient, and very skilled. I am a repeat customer and couldn't be happier with the service.
