Review: I had a car accident so I call them to ask if I could get a stimate of the damage they took the car never explain anything about charges never provide any information about how they work I ask if I was gonna get anything from them they said no so I left my car and now I want to pick it up they are coming out with so many charges that I never been told so I really belive they don't comunícate with the costumers at all and assume what the costumer is gonna do and they make the decision without consulting with the costumer expecting the costumer to agree with whatever they say they lie about who owns the business told me that the owner is in Florida and also they change their opinions about things I really think they need to lean how to handle business more serious I still can get my car back because they argue they did work that I never ask them to do and they never told me they did until now I need help I need my car back pleaseDesired Settlement: I want my car back and I wish they can be more clear about what they do and don't assume people is going to agree with what they do I need it to be explained and how they work and what hey charge so then I'll judge if it works for me or not hut they don't provide anything and they don't keep their word they change opinions vey easy they also lie about being the owners so they can avoid Risponsability
