Both my husband and I would like to comment on how pleased we were with the service at Granite Direct From our first visit to the store where we were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staffAll the way to the measuring of our kitchen and through to the installThe cabinets are beautiful and the counter tops are gorgeous We couldn't be anymore happy with the end result

I have used Granite Direct for projects this year and had great service in both instances The team work hard to ensure all the details are covered and are friendly and helpful The product was exactly as expectedThe the installation service was professional and timelySmall issues were addressed promptlyI would recommend Granite Direct with confidence

The Chase Bank listed will not refund our money for a fraudulent charge on our debit card In Feb, a charge of $was authorized to Barneys Internet location from our debit cardWe contacted the bank and they reversed the chargesThen on April 9, 2016, they sent a letter stating that the transaction was processed correctly and that they are not crediting our account for their reversal of charges I did research with Barneys and with the Fed Ex location where the package was sent to find out who actually received the packageI got all of the paperwork and filed charges against the person with the police The police conducted the research and we received a copy of the report which we forwarded to the bankThe report stated: Due to my experience working in the Financial Crimes Unit, I believe this case is part of a Nigerian type romance scam We sent the report to the bank and they sent a letter stating they still considered it a legitimate charge We want our money back

When my wife and I decided to renovate our old and tired kitchen, we walked into Michelle's office and from that moment on everything came togetherEverything went according to planMy wife and I love our kitchen with granite counter tops and new cabinetsI would like to take this opportunity to thank you and everybody involved to make it possibleKris and Andrey and granite installers(sorry I didn't get their names) did a terrific job too

years ago we had Renaissance Flooring fit stairs, landings and bedrooms with carpetSo it was now time to replace as after many cleanings over the years it had gotten uglyWe decided to replace with laminate and of course turned to Greg at Renaissance for an estimateHis estimate was fair and detailed and we decided to go aheadThe job was scheduled for a convenient date and went ahead as plannedThe installation team did a terrific job from thorough preparation through installation to clean upWe could not be more pleased with the finished job and highly recommend all concernedIt was a pleasure!

Very professional and helpfulInstallers have good care in protecting property even while working with very heavy products, they were also polite and cleanThis is a company that I will be recommending to others, there price and service can't be beat

We had a kitchen renovation done by Granite Direct in July based on the recommendation of two previous clients We were very satisfied with the service we received right from the original planning stages to the final inspection The designer was able to make recommendations based on our kitchen layout that we would not have considered ourselves We were always well informed about the cost of any changes and all the options that were available in the planning stages It was a bonus to be able to purchase taps, granite, a sink and door handles at one location When it came time for installation both the contractors who removed the old kitchen and the installer for the new kitchen were professional and completed the work on a timely basis Any concerns we had were dealt with immediately We are very satisfied with the final product

Purchased new granite countertops for our new home - bathrooms,kitchen and laundryThey installed two counters (kitchen and bathroom) which had been brokenThey tried to cover this up by filling in the cracked piece with a fill that isn't even close in colour
We spent close to and expected new counters.the company didn't even tell us they broke it!! After complaining multiple times I was advised they would change out the two piecesThe owner and manager are now no longer returning calls, emails or texts
If youre wanting damaged material that they retry to pass off as new,use this company!! They even had the nerve to say it was just impurity in the stone
Contact me if you want pictures of what they say is "new undamaged stone"I tried posting a picture but I am not sure if it worked

We used Granite Direct in spring to renovate our kitchenThe process started in June with a very thorough meeting with Kim & Ray to make a plan of our kitchen and make all the design decisionsThey also came out to the house to re-measure to make sure all potential problems were solved before orderingWe loved that we had so much helpWith the design of the kitchen as well, so many choices for the cupboards/counters/hardware, and the choice on how much we wanted to be involvedWe were well aware of the time frame that we had to wait for the cupboards to come in and it was almost exact on the estimated dayWe demo'd the kitchen ourselves and install was done by Granite DirectI was amazed on how fast it took to install and the great job doneAny areas of concern were instantly fixed and a few items were found -that I didn't see -GD went out of their way to fix the problemsThe only negative would be the waiting time, but it was something I was aware of from the beginning and for the reduction in cost was something I was willing to doIn that same thought, items that were found to be defective had to be resent from the company in China, but it did not hold up install time or function of the kitchenI LOVE the counters and cupboards, I can't believe I lived with my "old" kitchen for the past years!! I would definately recommend Granite Direct to my friends and family!!

Both my husband and I would like to comment on how pleased we were with the service at Granite Direct. From our first visit to the store where we were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have used Granite Direct for 2 projects this year and had great service in both instances. The team work hard to ensure all the details are covered and are friendly and helpful. The product was exactly as expected. The the installation service was professional and timely. Small issues were addressed promptly. I would recommend Granite Direct with confidence.
