This place has a joke of a return policyI bought an item and returned it days later and had to pay a restocking feeThen I had paid with a debit card, but they wouldn't refund my card and made me wait for a check via mailI asked to see the policy in writing and the "owner" came out, who was a total jerkHe didn't have anything in writing, and said he didn't want to get hit was the 3% fee againI run an organization with card terminals, and we don't get a fee for voids or refunds, so I told him I thought that was a BS reasonI offered to help him get a new merchant services provider, but he wasn't impressedI had to get another part, but due to this experience decided to take my business elsewhere
