Customer, said he was in a hurry and would come back and never did to get his vehicle cleaned, we had his backseat cover here with in weeks of his purchase, floor mats was never promised during time of sale, as for the fuses and lights and key fob, we were never made aware of this, customer took delivery of the car and test drove before purchase and there was no mention of the lights or fuse issues at the time.customer wrote a check for his down payment and it bounced , customer only started to complain when we asked for our moneycustomer needs to understand that you can not write a check for a down payment for a vehicle and decide not pay

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]Hello, The seat back they ordered/had was within 2 weeks, but was taupe...my car interior is black.The brake sensor was on from the beginning and was addressed with the seller, was supposed to be taken care of.They tried cashing the check before the final payment agreement date, because they're upset with my complaints. It did bounce because the funds are not there before the agreed time.I have texts confirming the unprofessional and careless conduct of this business. Me bing in a hurry, is absolutely no excuse for a filthy car, especially since I left it over night, and picked it up a few days later. I am more then ready to take this to the media outlets, this is unacceptable and needs resolution
