CharmClean

I have hired CharmClean to clean my house. I have paid $289 for a deep clean. When the ladies got to my house, they were very rude. I advised that I want a deep clean for my house. They proceed to go through my stuff and move things around and throw things away when I had not asked them to and not fully clean the house. There was still residue on my kitchen floor and Master Bedroom Bathroom. They also threw away my bathmat and one of my medicines that still had things in there. I tried to reach out to the manager to discuss this and they advised that they didnt throw anything away. I tried multiple times to reach the supervisor to discuss the matter. But both emails and phone calls have been left unreturned.
