Review: After two attempts trying to contact this company, they fail to give me any information on the status of an order I placed on June [redacted]. The only information I received was a confirmation email when I placed the order. It has been almost a month and not only have I not received my product in the mail, but I have not received any email from them confirming a shipping date. In reviewing my credit card statement, It looks as though my card was not charged yet for the cost of the order.Desired Settlement: I would like to know IF I am ever going to receive this product.
