Charm Beauty Salon

I messaged Maryssa before I went to the salon to see if it could be done to my hair. She said she COULD do it. June 30 I went into Charm Beauty Saloon in *** to get my hair done after Maryssa rescheduling five times. I had told her to dye my hair blonde, and she did not listen and used bleach. She put the bleach in my hair and she put me under the heat lamp and closed the door and went and talked with her friends for at least 30 minutes. I could hear my hair sizzling. We got finished and I went to the mirror and it looked nothing like the picture and it was burnt. I asked Maryssa what we could work out to fix my hair at least five times very politely, and everytime she said she would not work anything out. I gave her fifty out of the 180 and left so that I could contact her ***, Kassandra C. I called Kassie and she said she would not help me. I went home that night and chunks of hair came out of my head. My hair color now is the same as when I went in, but with so much less hair. Maryssa posted on *** my name, address, and pictures of me. I have also gotten at least 8 of her "friends" to send me hate mail on *** and ***. Finally I had enough and contacted Kassie and she took 180 off the credit card so now I have over paid 50 dollars. I messaged Maryssa for the 50 dollars back, and she will not return it. This is theft of hair and money. Since then they (Maryssa and Kassie) have been sending letters to my home and also my workplace.
