I purchased a class pass and then the location closed, the owner will not respond to my refund request
I purchased a class pass to take prenatal yoga classes for $I went to one class and then the location closed abruptlyI emailed the owner and on June 22nd received a response and was told that a satellite location would be opening in the University area by July 1st for prenatal classes where I could use my class passShe also said she would issue a refund if I would be unable to use it in the endShe said she would keep me posted on prenatal classesI have followed up times and have received no responseI have requested a refund in of those follow ups and still not responseI am less than weeks away from my due date so at this point won't need the class pass for prenatal classes and would just like my money back for the classes I was unable to use
