Charlie's Paving

Need repaired, replaced or refunded
I had them do a large driveway and had to contact them within a few months because of cracking and breaking up. they came back claiming it was because of the base, so I again paid them for repair work. And once again in less than 2 years from the first time it is breaking up and looks horrible. I have called and text several times just to be told they'll come look at it (never shows up). Just to be clear if the base is bad, why would a so called professional business do a job knowing it would not hold up? Took a large amount of money from me and ran!!
