Customer's vehicle has been to our dealership (times 3/17/Miles for a sound system diagnosis, no repair performed at Charlie's Subaru07/19/12,miles - Lube, oil and filter 08/31/15,miles - Collision Center repair $rear bumper cover repair.03/02/29,miles - Customer states there is a rotational slapping type sound while driving, was told at a local garage that tires may be worn uneven Customer arrived at 10:amVehicle was test driven and then was diagnosed with a broken belt in the Left rear tire LR tire - broken belt, RR tire 3/32" tread remaining, RF & LF at 4/32" Treadwear Technician punched on Job at am and off at am Customer initiated conversation with Advisor @ 12:pmCustomer immediately got heated as to how much time had passed, she spoke with the advisor and Asst Service Manager Tires were recommended to be replaced, however, before a price could be provided, customer demanded that the car be lowered from lift and so she could leave Customer was not charged any fee for diagnosis and proceeded to the parking lot to leave where she flagged down the Service Manager, and she stated that a "Warning Light" was on and wanted it fixed immediately The Service Manager attempted to take a look, only to be verbally abused by the customer and to find that one of the steering wheel information buttons had been inadvertently pressed simply changing the screen, which could easily have happened to anyone touching the steering wheel, including the tech, advisor or even customer.The Service Manager attempted to explain the entire situation to the customer without success, explained that our business operates on mutual respect, respect from the dealership to the customer and respect from the customer to the dealership and because respect was not present we should not do businessCustomer left the property at 12:pm - total time hr minutes [redacted] does not warranty tires based on mileageService contacted the [redacted] district representative to review this situation to review, [redacted] called the Service Manager and both the District Rep and SOA told the Service Manager that this situation was handled correctlyOperations Director did return a call to [redacted] at 8:am on 3/6/and left a voice message that has not been returned by Ms [redacted] This vehicle was not purchased at our dealership and based on customers treatment of our employees is not welcome at our dealership
