I do not recommend this body shop to anyone, let alone a Lexus owner They are NOT a Lexus Certified Collision Center or have ANY endorsement from Lexus as they claim on their website and tout in person Their work is average at best and their business practices are the most unscrupulous that I have ever had to endure

They were supposed to perform a minor task, buffing out scratches after an accident, this was an insurance claimAfter they claimed the work was done, there were still many scratches still present, even light onesComparing pictures taken before and after leave the impressing they have done hardly anythingCertain new 'buffer marks', show that something was done, yet no improvement is visibleThe evaluation was done by another body shop and will be forwarded to the insurance handling this claim as they did not perform the work they were supposed to be doingExtensive pictures taken before an after by a) owner, b) insurance adjuster and c) other body shop show no significant improvement of the area affectedWorse of all: when talking to them about the issue the employee acted like nothing ever happenedAbsolute ignorant, they did not even look at the vehicle nor pictures
