I am in receipt of the email informing me that Ms [redacted] has rejected my response stating that my statement is incorrect for the above complaint number To be honest, I am confused We will be glad to assist Ms [redacted] in trying to figure out what the problem is with her car; however, we will need to know if the problem is with the dash (as previously stated) or in the actual handling of the vehicle In the first letter, she stated that the vibration is in the dash, but with this last correspondence the vibration is in the front end (what we consider handling) Ms [redacted] should feel free to bring the car back to our shop for further investigation after making this determination.Thank you for your assistance in this regard[redacted] , Owner/ OperatorCharlie's Body Shop [redacted] *** Drive [redacted] , SC
