Charlie Burnham htg. started to help me hook up my shop stove, they came and put the gas line in and when I called to shedule an appt. to hook up the heater, I was told in a rude way, that they would not hook it up unless we purchased our propane from the. They were aware of the fact that we do not buy our propane from them, but still sold us a 10k$ heater and installed it in our home not but a year and a half earlier. This seems very a very seedy business practice . On top of it all, they came to clean the furnace, were not in the basement 20 minutes and charged us over 200$. Criminal behavior as far as I am concerned. They should be dealt with.
