I bought a new car in CharlesGlen Toyota . After 8 months, I replaced the oil a second time. One day I was driving, and oil spilled on the road. After this, the various misunderstandings begins with the service. When before I looked ahead to buy a new car, they were doing everything possible to sell the car to me. There was a free customer shuttle service from Crowfoot c-train to the store and selling person was at the highest level polite. However, as soon as my car broke down, I immediately felt the difference. When my car towed to the service, I tried the next day to come and find out what happened and to talk to the mechanic. Customer service told me that the free shuttle no more available for me because I no need buy the car. Guys, I'm your client!!! I am was not allowed going into the car workshop, they said it secret location and security. (May be they replace my good parts to used one? ;-)) ) I have a business and I had to spend money on a taxi all 2 days. Toyota not provided spare car to me during the repair period. Mechanic (apprentice) badly twisted or tightened oil filter and from this, the whole engine doused with squirting oil. Generally, repairs and inspection were done badly. My entire engine has been in the oil and 3 more days I have oil spot, dripped oil on the pavement outside the house. They also are not indicated to me on the cover of the pallet from the bottom dropped out I had to point their noses for fix this plastic cover. Washed the car is very bad. Just doused with water, and then my wet the car on their parking lot was covered with dust from a passing car with a large construction site. Price: replacing the cabin air filter - $ 61 [redacted] You guys are out of your mind? I no require refund. I just want to warn people of the potential problems in this service. Now I know there is none of the peoples do not worry about your car, all workers simple doing their job.
