MrChuck (Charles) W*** is a pretencious Loan Modification Specialist, introduced to me by a friend friend *** *** to said will help me modify my mortgage, he came to my house we discussed the amount he will charge for his service First he asked me for $but I told him that I cant afford the amount and I wont pay that much for the job, then he tried to talk to me for $and I agreed but in an installment basis till I will see results but, find out later he told a friend of mind that I am not really qualify for the modification of my mortgage, then I found out later he tried to falsify documents to make me qualify which I wont allow such wrong doing I told I dont need his service anymore because I can do it myself and I fired him I ask him to give my money back for unsatisfied of his so called service Now he go around circle excuses to excuses to give my refund back I need help to get my money back and also aware all homeowners to be aware of this scam bugHe
