Review: This firm installed a driveway, walkways, drainage and stairs late last summer. The work was guaranteed for 3 years. They were supposed to return to install polymer between the pavers and never did. Over the winter the pavers began to settle and the drainage failed. I have contacted this firm numerous times by phone and e-mail to get them to fix it. Charlie came out to look at the work almost 2 months ago, saw the problems and told me they would be fixed promptly, but never came to make the repairs. I have called and e-mailed him numerous times since he came to look at the issues and have not received any reply. I have saved copies of the e-mails that I have sent him.Desired Settlement: I want them to immediately make the needed repairs/corrections, and if he is unwilling, I will hire someone else and he will need to pay for the repair work.
