(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I did not make an error when entering the date. I do not accept this resolution. I believe that Charles Schwab is attempting to cover up a system error in order to avoid other instances where their system has failed in a similar manner. They are choosing to have me bear the consequences of their mistake, and it is causing me financial harm. I am giving them this opportunity to make it right.

Re: Revdex.com Case # [redacted]
Dear [redacted]
This letter is in response to your second letter dated August 30, 2016 regarding our client, [redacted] and her declination of our previous response dated August 25, 2016.
As further evidence to support our position, we are including screen shots of internal banking and vendor systems to illustrate the BillPay profile details [redacted] created related to her [redacted] biller. Figure # 1 and # 2 reflect the payment schedule [redacted] created within her on-line profile on May 19, 2015 to send a total of 11 payments. The first payment on this schedule was sent on June 26, 2015 and continued until the payment schedule commenced after the 11th payment was made on April 26, 2016. Figure # 3 represents the current recurring payment schedule for the same biller, which [redacted] set up on July 20, 2016 to "Pay until further notice," indicated on Figure #3 with an end date of "--/--/--".
Charles Schwab Bank maintains that no error occurred as a result of our actions during the set up or the execution of the [redacted]'s recurring payment schedule. As such, we unable to draft a letter to [redacted] requesting removal of late payment history from [redacted]'s credit report.
If you wish to discuss this matter further, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted].
Sincerely,
Teresa K[redacted]
