Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2016/04/14) */ [redacted] & [redacted] contacted us (Earth Outdoor Furnaces) on 3/17/regarding an issue they were having with their unitAt this time they were put in contact with our warranty departmentAs with any manufacturers warranty there are certain requirements that must be met to register and maintain the warrantyUpon checking the serial number provided by our customers it was brought to our attention that none of these requirements had been metWithin minutes of finishing a phone conversation with them about this issue and informing them that while the warranty requirements had not been met we were more than willing to work with them to help resolve the issue as best we could, they were already posting to our social media page with misleading information about how we were handling the situationAs with any issues that arises, information, proof of the issue, etc must be provided before we can properly fix the issueUpon that information being provided we came to an agreement with [redacted] on 4/16/to give a credit to their account for future purchases in the amount of $He stated that this was more than satisfactory, as we were going above and beyond because they realized that they had not complied with the warranty requirements Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2016/04/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) certain requirements that must be met to register and maintain the warranty. Upon checking the serial number provided by our customers it was brought to our attention that none of these requirements had been met. Within minutes of finishing a phone conversation with them about this issue and informing them that while the warranty requirements had not been met we were more than willing to work with them to help resolve the issue as best we could, they were already posting to our social media page with misleading information about how we were handling the situation. As with any issues that arises, information, proof of the issue, etc must be provided before we can properly fix the issue. Upon that information being provided we came to an agreement with [redacted] on 4/16/16 to give a credit to their account for future purchases in the amount of $350.00. He stated that this was more than satisfactory, as we were going above and beyond because they realized that they had not complied with the warranty requirements.
