Review: My utility sink was cracked when my sump pump was replaced. After discussion with [redacted] the office manager, numerous phone calls that were returned several days later, and my being available to have [redacted] examine the sink, I was offered to have the sink replaced at a cost to me of $350 and was told that was half price. After another discussion with [redacted], we agreed that I would supply a new sink and it would be installed at no charge. I purchased a new sink, and the sink was installed. Twenty days later it fell out of the wall while the washer was being used. The bracket attaching the sink to the wall pulled out of the wall and the drain pipe broke as well. Several gallons of water spilled into my laundry area. I called [redacted] and discussed the situation, and again arranged to be available for the technician to examine the sink again. I was told that they did not have the equipment to repair the sink, and that [redacted] would call me in "a couple of minutes". The following day he left a message saying that due to the "unusual nature of the damage" they would rehang the sink at a cost of $296.62, and did not think the sink was installed incorrectly. I pointed out that the repair only lasted 20 days, and that there were 4 holes drilled into my wall when only 2 were used.Desired Settlement: Payment of bill for sink replacement and apology.
