I am sorry this customer initially gave us the wrong information They said the bulb did not fit their equipment Since we clearly state the exact size of the bulb on our sales description, it was the customer's fault in ordering the wrong product We advised the customer, we do not pay for return shipping and charge a 15% restocking fee The next day we were told the bulb now fits, but was broken Rather than send the bulb back to us for inspection, we asked to be emailed a picture Instead, the customer filed this complaint with the NJRevdex.com.I personally have been selling these bulbs for the last 35+ years These bulbs do not readily break their filaments and all are tested by the manufacturer prior to shipping to us Our experience has been that if the bulbs are touched with bare fingers, the bulbs WILL burn out We placed a warning on the packaging, highlighted in yellow.With that said, I authorized the no charge replacement of this bulb This customer was notified Wednesday 05/24/2017, that we will replace the bulb at no charge Jay [redacted] PresCharles M Jessup Inc [redacted] **
