feel there is nothing left to discussI sent Mr [redacted] a text on 11/7/asking his permission to send more contractors to look at his drivewayWe agree to take care of any necessary repairs to his drivewayOnce we get his authorization, I will schedule the appropriate contractor to do the work on the first permissible day which may be some time in the spring.Sincerely, [redacted] [redacted] **

In response to the complaint we received from Mr*** ***, our company has been
working to resolve all the issues with the incident that is referenced in the complaintWhen we
took the order for container service, we were given an address and were never told by Mr
*** his intent
to set the container in the street until the driver arrived at his residence
If we were told of his plan beforehand, we obviously would have stated that we could not set
the container on the street without an occupancy permit, reflective barriers, etc
Unfortunately, we did in fact damage the residence of Mr*** *** on August 29,
I immediately responded to the scene of the accident and informed him that we would
take care of all the damages to his residence and refund him the fee for the container service
we provided We hired *** *** for the general repairs to the structure and garage
door repairTheir work began almost immediately, followed by the contractor designated to
repair the stucco portion of the house, *** ***During the repair process, Mr
*** informed me that he was now seeking compensation for his driveway which has
scrapes and a depression left from our containerThe repairs to his residence were complete
as of October 3, As a courtesy to Mr***, I called around to a few different
paving companies to see about getting the driveway seal coatedI was informed that it was too
late in the year to do this type of work and it would have to wait until the springI informed
Mr*** about this and he asked for a large sum of money to be sent to him to cover the
driveway repairI will reiterate that paying for the driveway to be seal coated is a courtesy
Mr*** authorized our company to set the container in his driveway and proceeded to
load it with concrete blocks which are very heavyWe normally do not take responsibility for
any damage to driveways unless our container is set in without the owner's permissionWe
will continue to try to work with Mr*** to resolve this issue, but do not accept
responsibility in the amount of $for his driveway repair
Sincerely,
*** *** **

The issue filed in complaint ID *** is not yet resolved.TO: Mr*** *** **.I received your letter requesting permission to send contractors to look at the drivewayI grant you permission as long as I'm made aware of when they will show upYou could send me text message or leave me a voice mailPlease, keep in mind that I would not consider the driveway fixed if they miss spotsSo, let me know what I can do to assist them.I also request that you send the contractor that fixed the garage door backThe door makes a noise when it's openedThe sensors were most likely affected by the incident as they've been malfunctioning sinceOn November 17th, the garage quit working all togetherI called a garage door company, but they couldn't send a technician on that same dayAs I'm no garage expert, I had called a friend who came to point out loose wire on the sensor (right side of the garage that was hit). You will have to let me know when this one contractor will come as well. Regards,***

On September 9th, Mr. [redacted] assured me via text message
that [redacted], a paving company, was coming out to check the driveway. After
multiple follow ups, again on September 15th, the same promise was made. On
September 17th, Mr. [redacted] reached out to me saying that [redacted] came but did
not notice any damage. After multiple follow ups, on October 16th, Mr.
[redacted] sent me a text message to check if I would be okay with a seal coat.
I replied back asking if a seal coat would fix the depressions left by the
dumpster. I did not hear from him until October 24th. Please, keep in mind that
I circled the damaged area every time I was told someone was coming out to look
at the driveway. The marking got washed off every time it rained or snowed.
On October 28th, I gave him another deadline of November 4th
to at least notify me of the steps they are taking to get the situation taken
care of. I did not hear from him. Tired of the endless and unproductive back
and forth, I finally reached out to Revdex.com and filed a mediation case at the
Franklin County Municipal Court (I am still waiting to hear back from them). My
goal is not to engage in a lawsuit, but Mr. [redacted] had showed they are
unwilling to do anything about my driveway they damaged.
They can settle
through this dispute, or the mediation, or I would let the justice system
decide what is fair (I spent time away from work to deal with this situation
they have been wasting my time on. My garage has been having issues since the incident
and I had not complained about. Then, of course the driveway)
Please, take a look at the text messages between myself and
Mr. [redacted] ([redacted] – ###-###-#### in yellow). Also, notice the date and
time these messages were sent.Regards,
[redacted]

I sent Mr. [redacted] a text on 11/7/2014 asking his permission to send a different paving contractor to his residence only to give me an estimate for the repair of his driveway. Once I obtained the estimate, we could either send Mr. [redacted] a check for the amount of the estimate, or wait until the spring when the weather warms up to pay the contractor directly. However, I have received no response or permission to let the contractors look at the driveway at Mr. [redacted]'s residence.Sincerely,[redacted].

1 feel there is nothing left to discuss. I sent Mr. [redacted] a text on 11/7/2014 asking his permission to send 2 more contractors to look at his driveway.
