Charles G. Specht Sons Inc.

Charles G. Specht built our home. He hired the worst subs. Didn't pay subs in a timely manner, causing me to have to pay subs out of my own pocket in order for them to complete their work. In the end the house took one year to build and the workmanship was poor. We have uneven floors, rooms that are not square and walls that are crooked. He also did not live up to all the promises of the construction contract. I would never recommend him to do anything for anyone.
