The initial contact with this business is with the receptionist, Deb. She is friendly, professional and represents Mr. K[redacted]'s style of care which is completely client oriented.

Mr. K[redacted] accommodated my schedule and spent time explaining hearing loss and options after completing a very comprehensive assessment of my hearing. He provided me with a trial pair of hearing aids and made an appointment to see me back in one week. He and Deb were both available if I had any questions before the appointment.

I purchased my set of hearing aids, comfortable with the options available. There was no "hard sell," there was no "you need the top of the line." Just a very genuine desire to help me hear better. I recommend this practice to anyone who wants to learn more about their hearing loss and options to help.
