The installer fell to provide me with a warranty that he said he told me that my roof has a life time warranty and it would never have to replace I now have leaks in both my bath rooms that has call mold to occur I had my insurance to send a adjustor to my home to asset the damage and what was causing the moldthe adjustor stated that it was cause by improper roof been in stall he took picture of the roof and all the mold that the leaks has causeI had surf pro from Montgomery to come out to try and give me estimate of what it's going to cost to repair the damage upon which he stated between and thousand dollars to it fix right

background-color: #ffffff; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: #222222;">Attention:  [redacted], Business Relations ManagerRegarding the complaint of the above mentioned consumer:When the work was completed the consumer was advised that the warranty covering installation was good for one year.  The consumer was also instructed that the boots around the pipes should be re-caulked after the first year to avoid possible leakage from the weathering of the applied caulking.  The consumer made no complaint or contact during the warranty period, in fact, there was no complaint until the installer heard from the Revdex.com two years after the installation.  The installer has learned that the consumer has had someone walking on the roof and if those individuals are not familiar with metal roofing and did not step on the seams it would also compromise the warranty and job.  The installer also put 11 other roofs on in the same area and has had no complaint from any of those consumers.  The installer is a man of integrity and would have willingly taken the responsibility to repair or replace any material discrepancy that had been noted in the allotted time of warranty.Thank you for your efforts in resolving this issue, but the circumstances do not appear to warrant culpability on the part of the installer.Charles Construction444 Corinth RoadHogansville, GA 30230______________
