The customer bought a used vehicle on June 2017. Customer called us on or about 11/29/stating his vehicle was a shop and need a $repair done and he wanted us to pay for it. The customer bought the truck months ago. We checked the file for a due bill and we did not

I bought a Chevy Silverado (2014) in August With in a day I had noticed that when turning the steering wheel to the left it would make a clicking noise like something was rubbing togetherI went back to the dealership and had the owner of the company test it outHe said he could hear it, but didnt think it was anything to be concerned about because they do a point inspectionI took his word for it and kept driving itIt is not December and I took it in to the Chevy dealership to have the oil changedI had the alignment checked as wellThey came back to me and said that the "clicking" is coming from a broken stabilizing arm and part of the suspensionI was also told that I am lucky it didn't puncture my brake line (This is my family car, that my children are in with me all the time)!
