I received the same unit
back in the mail today which still does not workThey stated they fixed the problem, however, I went to plug it up, and it still does not power upI have already paid to ship unit once, Im not going to keep wasting money, just for Chard to send the same broken unit back to meThey need to replace it or refund my money

We did send a replacement product to the consumer on 2/8/and according to the tracking it was delivered on 2/15/but we have not heard anything else from the consumer

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]It was received on 2/15/17, yet this email was received on 2/16/17. Can I have time to unbox the damn thing, fill it up with grease, AGAIN, and have time to COOK something! If CHARD was in such a rush they should have sent replacement the same week, not when they felt it was convenient for them.
