I purchased this product on April got a confirmation # XXXXX I was aware that I would be waiting 5-days for it to be delivered not months I gave my credit card information and agreed to pay the amount of $I'm not sure if it was ever taken from my acct but even if it didn't it still makes me nervous this so called online store has my information and I'm still not able to speak to someone if I have any concerns considering the only way I can speak to someone is strictly through email I wouldn't be concerned if I was able to talk to someone who can at least reassure me that my order was still coming and that they're just busyInstead I get a generic response with every single email I sentI sent a lot of emails!

On March 26, my wife and I placed an order on https://charcoalmouth.com/ for a total of $using my credit card ending in ***Immediately after we received a confirmation email through my wife's email of ***@gmail.com with ORDER# ***It is now June 12, and we still have not received the orderWe have also contacted the company several times via the email they provide of ***@charcoalmouth.com and through there websire and have received NO replyMy credit card was charged on March 27, for a total of $and want a full refund due to the nature of never receiving the product and such horrible customer service
