The Revdex.com, In response to a complaint letter from a [redacted] I sent to the Revdex.com on May 3, [redacted] has on numerous occasions failed to make a monthly payment for his storage rentalHe does pay buy cash and is given a receipt for each payment and we also have a copyHe made accusations that our employee pocketed the moneyOur employee does not pocket the money and has been employed by our company for over fifteen years [redacted] is the only one that has ever accused her of stealing moneyWe have had numerous conversations with [redacted] and his comment was, "I got you, I moved out"My comment back was "That it is okay, we can take you to small claims court"This is a typical way a customer acts when they do not pay their rent in a timely mannerThey are always wanting to blame the business for their nonpaymentThere are no fictitious charges because [redacted] has never paid a late fee and still owes our company $for March and April which will total to the amount of $He also owes the late fees for his non paymentI will not apologize because [redacted] has been himself rude and arrogant to the business employees and myselfHe refuses to pay his payment plus any late fees throughout his contractThis contract is signed and reviewed at the time of the rentalI can further this is small claims court.Thank you for the attention in this matter, [redacted] Owners

response to a complaint letter from a [redacted]i sent to the Revdex.com  on May 3, 2016. [redacted] has on numerous occasions failed to make a monthly payment for his storage rental. He does pay buy cash and is given a receipt for each payment and we also have a copy. He made accusations that our employee pocketed the money. Our employee does not pocket the money and has been employed by our company for over fifteen years. [redacted] is the only one that has ever accused her of stealing money. We have had numerous conversations with [redacted] and his comment was, "I got you, I moved out". My comment back was "That it is okay, we can take you to small claims court". This is a typical way a customer acts when they do not pay their rent in a timely manner. They are always wanting to blame the business for their nonpayment. There are no fictitious charges because [redacted] has never paid a late fee and still owes our company  $55.77 for March and April which will total to the amount of $111.54. He also owes the late fees for his non payment. I will not apologize because [redacted] has been himself rude and arrogant to the business employees and myself. He refuses to pay his payment plus any late fees throughout his contract. This contract is signed and reviewed at the time of the rental.
