This funeral home was used on a recommendation from a family friend and I will never do that again This funeral home never supplied me with the information needed to make a final decision on options to handle the funeral service for my mother to stay within a set budget No price list or anything I am out of state and the owner argued with another funeral home on the phone before my mother's body was shipped to North Carolina for final funeral arrangements Then to make matters even worse, the owner never supplied told me the final expenses until sitting at the table with her the day before the actual funeralAlso there was no receipt for services rendered and we spent $3,more than what we had to spend This meant coming out of pocket with more money than was needed to even have the service The Owner was very rude to my aunt and she informed her that she needed her money right then and there The grave diggers she hired were pittiful and the way the employees dropped the casket after a cable snapped was horrible No price list was given, no receipt for paid services and the owner called me a bold face liar on the phone after I complained about services rendered
