Chapman Volkswagen of Scottsdale

I was forced to purchase a $2500 extended warranty and an $800+ dollar gap coverage that I never wanted. I called back the next day to cancel both items and was told by Beathanne Fuhs, a member of the finance department, that they wouldn’t get me financed unless I agreed to keep the products. I waited for the loan to go through and then canceled the products with the company they were purchased from. I am still waiting on the refund from Chapman Volkswagen and have had to pay interest on the over $3300 in products for 3 months. This practice is illegal and a disgrace to the company name.
