Tell us To Whom It May Concern: I am responding on a complaint that was filed on July 1,by [redacted] regarding a Chevy TrailblazerThe purchase datewas April 22, and it was a Retail Installment purchase not a leaseThe complainant has written about some issues he had with the vehicle and we did acknowledgeand repaired the problemsI did speak to ** [redacted] about the oil change and it was done prior to saleThe first time ** [redacted] brought car to us wasMay 2NDOn May 13, I received a call from ** [redacted] after business hours and was told that the vehicle was having problem so a tow truckwas sent out the next morning to his place of employment, the problem with the vehicle was the battery** [redacted] picked up vehicle and once again at a later date called this time regarding lights not turning on , he again brought back vehicle on May 26Th and on May 27th we order part (light switch)Then on May 30th I received another after hours call and was made aware by ** [redacted] of the problem, so onMonday morning I had tow service pick up vehicle and had it towed to a transmission place because it sounded like it was a transmission problem, it was not the transmission it was the shifter cable which was repaired and replacedI am forwarding all the receipts to show all that was doneI did tell ** [redacted] about leaving to another carlot and I was told by ** [redacted] he was unable to purchase from the car lot I was supposed to go tooAs the week went by I was asked to stay at present job and agreed to stay so I told not only ** [redacted] but my other customersas well** [redacted] has motioned that he would like his down payment and deferred payment reimbursed back to himThe payment that was made on May 29, on a Visa debit cardof $deferred down payment was charged back “returned” on June 25,
