We have had correspondense with this client, the vehicle had a Car Fax run at time of sale. Car Fax has recently modified the information search they provide. The vehicle was traded in at another dealer, there is nothing that we could do at time of contact to assist.

rejecting this response because:Since the original complaint, contact has not been made from the dealership.  A carfax was not run at time of sale. An auto check report was provided, which shows no damage to vehicle, but all damage is noted on carfax. I do have proof of the odometer being rolled back, all original paperwork from sale has been retained, which can be provided and will be forwarded to the department of transportation and justice for automobile fraud. Yes, the original vehicle has been surrendered but all original paperwork shows proof of ownership.

Review: Upon purchase of a vehicle in 2013, a vehicle history report was provided showing a clear title, no accidents or blemishes. This vehicle was offered for trade on Saturday may 23rd. When the identification number was run, it showed severe frame damage due to a large accident and proof of odometer rollback. The vehicle was traded for significantly less than worth for safety issues, however all documents from the original purchase was saved. The dealership has since ignored all calls and neglected to return them. I have attempted to take legal action and the attorney advised it is not a large enough case to take on.Desired Settlement: Pay the difference between what the vehicle should have been worth at time of trade and what was offered. Or, pay off current loan for vehicle and provide new vehicle and auto loan for replacement
