Avoid getting a vehicle here, WORST customer service EVER! Since I bought my vehicle I have been waiting for a duplicate in February it is about to be 60 days, I had to go talk to the Manager, and to the customer service relations to finally get heard, on the 4th of January. They told me to go in the next day and they will take care of me. So, I go the following day Jan 5th, they say I have to come in earlier to program the key, well geeh thanks for letting me know. The only times I can go are weekends, Jan 9th , since I am in the military, I could not go, so I waited until Jan 16th And I'm still waiting for my duplicate, I came around 1130, they said I had came too late you guys close at 12 and I'm too late. I said well I can't until next Saturday. So heres next Saturday Jan 16th. This time I come at 930 and they tell me there's no paper work and without it they can't give me the key. You guys are THE most disorganized, am I really going thru all of this for a key? I just want my key and not have to deal with you guys anymore.
