Mr***'s order came through during a brief time on August 29, when we were transferring the entire website to a new serverDuring that brief few minutes three orders came through on the old server that we no longer had access toTwo
of the customers sent emails regarding shipping dates so we had contact with them immediately and were able to construct/ship their orders with no problemsThe third order was the *** order; we did not have any contact information because we literally did not have an order to look atWhen we finally received an email from Mr*** regarding the order it contained his phone number which we tried calling more than once - at that time there was no option to leave a message and/or the voice mailbox was fullTwo of our early emails went unansweredEventually we were able to correspond with Mr***; one of our employees by phone in which he requested to cancel the order (no order to cancel) but Paypal payment could be returnedAnother employee via email told Mr*** that we could easily construct the order with address and the item numbers he wantedIn the end we did cancel the Paypal payment which came through since Paypal operates on another server than our websiteWe apologize for any confusion with canceling the order; one of our employees simply wanted to make sure Mr*** did not want to reconstruct the order to have it shipped the same day

I received my refund, so I am satisfiedHowever, if customer satisfaction is really important to this company, I suggest that someone "live" answers customer service phone calls during normally accepted business working hoursTheir recorded greeting that advised me to leave a phone message makes me wonder whether they really cared about my order or even wanted my business
