I went to Mr. [redacted] two times to see if we can eliminate the humming sound on wall when A/C system is running but the problem continues, we called [redacted] Tech support to see what we can do next and they tell us to see if one of them  can help us on person to see if they can find the...

problem and give us an advise of what to do to resolve it, but the thech support representative  needs to be on the Area. I'm talk to [redacted] he is from Tech Support with [redacted] and [redacted] and he said that he can be here in the valley on the 15th or 16th of this month,tell Mr. [redacted] if he can wait till that date or he wants to set the appointment by the 11th as specified before so I can call [redacted] back to see if he can make it on the 11th.Thank you: Arturo C[redacted] Jr.
