Chaos in Focus Photography

Went and had our Christmas Pictures done in November Saw there advisement on Facebook for a mini sessionSet up an appointment, we got our pictures doneAfter that received a message that the owner had issues with the computer and up loading pictures, was only able to save a fewShe offered a half refund plus the pictures that she was able to recoverI received the recovered pictures but have not received the refund she offeredShe admitted fault said she would refund the money and now will not stick by her word on sending me the refundShe tried to blame me at one point on me not receiving my refundShe claimed she sent cash, then said she would send a cashier check when I told her I never received the refundShe does not have good business ethics or customer service, she doesn't honor her own word or stand behind her own business
